Upon updating your history and details, you shall receive your diet chart from Ezee Diet or its Mentor.
For Automated Plans (where you do not take Mentor services) you need to update your body weight & progress pictures by logging into your user dashboard and you’ll get your updated diet chart the next day.
For Mentor Plans, You need to login to your dashboard and updated weekly body weight and progress pictures.

Typically a person lose 0.5 to 1 kg per week but result differs from person to person depending upon their metabolic rate, activity factor, body type, medical condition & dedication towards the suggested diet plan.

You’ll lose weight with or without exercise. However, the weight reduction shall depend on your activity factor. More the calories you burn, faster the fat loss will be. So, if you join a Gym or engage yourself in any form of physical activity, it’s good for your overall health.

We only recommend having Generic Vitamins and Minerals. We do suggest having whey protein as an alternative, only for the people who are unable to meet their daily protein requirements from food sources. One must ensure that you consume branded and genuine products and your whey protein tested from a lab before intake. For medicines, do not forget to consult your physician.
We do not recommend or suggest any kind of Steroids or Anabolics (Oral or Injections). We believe in natural transformation only.

No, we do not give any guarantee for weight or fat loss. It purely depends on the food quality you take and how diligently you follow the plan.

Eating healthy would definitely help in your medical conditions as most of these are life style diseases. However, medical guidance should not be discounted for this. Better to follow your doctor and the diet as well.

That’s only possible if you eat overboard and not in line with the suggested diet plan. You may choose to cancel the plan case you find it not suitable for you. Do ready the terms and conditions and refunds policy before enrolment.

If you have successfully reached your target weight then you may exit the plan. If you again feel that the weight has started to increase, you may enrol with us again or simply start by following your first diet plan that you had bought earlier.
For all Mentor plans, we give a maintenance plan post plan completion.
